Barr Planning is proud to have contributed to the second stage of improvements at Reflections Hawks Nest by preparing the Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) Report for a unique bow-tie-shaped pool and landscaped gardens. Our team successfully lodged the Development Application (DA), coordinated all post-lodgement actions, and obtained development consent in April 2024.

The pool, set for completion in early 2025, is a standout feature of the park, measuring 7.7 metres in width and 18 metres in length. Its distinctive bow-tie shape and the long underwater bench on one side make it a focal point for guests seeking relaxation and enjoyment. 

Reflections Holidays, a Category One Crown Land Manager oversees 40 holiday parks, unique properties, and campgrounds across coastal and inland New South Wales, as well as 45 nature reserves.
