The State Significant Development (SSD) project proposed alterations and additions to the existing St Philips Christian College Cessnock including new buildings for the middle and senior schools, new administration centre, new indoor aquatic centre, road network upgrades, improved site access arrangements and increased student numbers.
The project involved the extensive liaison and consultation with the client, government agencies, Cessnock Council and the local community, the preparation of a Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and the management of over twenty subconsultants to prepare supporting technical reports.
The SSDA Application was lodged in January 2022 and is currently being assessed by the Department of Planning and Environment
