Barr Planning secured the development approval on 17 December 2020 for Pacific National at their Sydney Freight Terminal located at 20 Dasea Street, Chullora.

The approval was for:

• Demolition of existing sheds/structures and decommissioning of the old provisioning point
• Construction of a refuelling shed
• Relocation and installation two (2) diesel fuel tanks
• Re-alignment of existing track and construction of turnout and rail

The determining authority was the Sydney South Planning Panel.

Barr Planning also subsequently assisted Pacific National in gaining approval to modify the original development allowing for minor reconfiguration to the rail layout and redesign to the proposed tank farm. The modification approval was approved on 12 November 2021.
