The project involve the preparation of a 4.55(2) Modification Application to the original 2011 Development Consent for the Astra Aerolab Project at Williamtown. The consent provides for the staged development of over 75 hectares of business park land. The modification sought to amend the design of the road layout, drainage land and basin system and the sequencing of stage delivery. The original consent contained over 130 conditions which were reviewed, classified, updated and amended to ensure the modified consent was fit for purpose, reflecting updated development practices and met the clients development staging requirements. The modification was approved in March 2022.
