We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Development Application (DA) approval for a new mixed-use, light industry storage premises in Adamstown. This project marks a significant step forward in revitalising the land and catering to the ever-growing needs of the Newcastle area.

We collaborated with City of Newcastle Council and our client Sullacqua to navigate the complex challenges posed by this project. One of the key obstacles we addressed was devising an effective solution for stormwater drainage, ensuring not only the functionality of the site but also its environmental sustainability.

Through the repurposing and development of the land, the storage site provides an active industrial space which aligns with the needs of the growing Newcastle community.
