Barr Planning assisted achieving DA approval for the development of 16 affordable housing units, which will help to meet an important housing need within the Newcastle city.
The complex was completed in 2021 under a partnership between the NSW Government, City of Newcastle, and Home In Place.
Home in Place have since won the GreenSmart Sustainable Home of the Year at the 2022 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for social and affordable housing property.
