Barr Planning is pleased to have recently achieved a complying development approval for Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club (NCYC).
The approval is for the install of a new boat launching facility comprising a land anchored pontoon and a fixed crane system for lifting vessels to and from the existing handstand area to the water. The development approval is an important milestone for NCYC and will enable better utilisation of NCYC’s vessels and optimisation of its ongoing operations.
The approval demonstrates Barr Planning’s knowledge and expertise in assisting clients obtain approvals in the Port of Newcastle Lease Area.
