In collaboration with Shac Architects we are thrilled to announce that approval has been received for the development of a new Junior School Building at St Phillip’s Christian College Port Stephens.

The $9.8 million the development will replace the current ageing buildings which were constructed more than two decades ago and will see the development of a two-storey building comprised of a series of classrooms, support rooms, administration area, staff room and multipurpose lab.

Our growing expertise in managing complex education applications came to the fore with this project. Notwithstanding the complexities of the site, including bushfire protection and traffic management, approval by the Hunter and Central Coast Joint Regional Planning Panel was received in under 50 days.
