At Barr Planning we place a strong emphasis on encouraging all our staff to continually learn and develop their skills so that they can achieve more in their career. This month our Planning Team had the privilege of hearing from Amanda Wetzel of Way Planning and Advisory at our latest Lunch & Learn training session.

With experience spanning the USA, Scotland, Kuwait, and Australia, Amanda brought a global perspective on town planning and career growth. We’re grateful to Amanda for reminding us that planning is not just about legislation and big-picture challenges like climate change and housing affordability — it’s also about people, purpose, and continual growth.
