Development Consent Secured for SPCC Young Parents School & Early Learning Centre
Barr Planning is proud to have supported St Philip’s Christian College (SPCC) in securing development consent from Central Coast Council for a new two‑storey Young Parents School and Early Learning Centre in Wyong.
This $4.56 million development will deliver a purpose-built facility designed to support young parents in completing their HSC, with high‑quality early learning care for their children located in the adjoining centre. The modern two‑storey design provides flexible, contemporary learning environments tailored to the specific needs of young families.
With teen pregnancy rates on the Central Coast higher than in Greater Sydney, the project represents a meaningful investment in breaking cycles of disadvantage and supporting brighter futures for young parents and their children.
Barr Planning is pleased to have supported SPCC through the development application process and to contribute to the progression of this important education and community-focused project for the Central Coast region.
