Barr Planning proud to support St Paul’s Catholic Primary School in Moss Vale and the Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong through the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects, and the preparation and lodgement of the Development Application for this regionally significant project.
The development included:
- Refurbishment of an existing building with a new layout for GLAs, Staff room and Library
- Construction of a new learning street, GLAs and STEM to the rear of the existing building
- Alterations to existing toilets and canteen on the lower level
- New covered link to the hall

Our initial planning advice resulted in early engagement with the Local Council regarding heritage impact assessment and identified the need for the application to be determined by the Regional Planning Panel. The development application has been approved with conditions, as confirmed in the Notice of Determination issued by the Southern Regional Planning Panel in late 2025.
