The project involved the preparation of a Development Application for a new industrial development and subdivision in Gunnedah. The new industrial units will include mezzanine offices and car parking providing over 5,662 m2 of gross floor area. The adjoining subdivision provides for 5 additional industrial development lots ranging from 4,200m2 up to 9,400m2 in area, serviced by an internal road. The development will have a positive economic impact by enabling use of land for its zoned purpose, as well as temporary construction jobs, and the opportunities for business expansion and employment in the local area.
The Development Consent was approved in December 2021.
