Barr Planning provided the Strategic Assessment of Darkinjung Land Study.
The study involved a comprehensive strategic land audit of the Darkinjung Local Aboriginal Land Council’s (DLALC) 3,363 hectare property portfolio.
A key direction of the 2036 Central Coast Regional Plan is to strengthen the economic self-determination of Aboriginal communities. This study identified a development pipeline and will support the preparation of a Development Delivery plan (DDP), prepared in accordance with the State Environmental Planning Policy (Aboriginal Land) 2019 (ALSEPP).
