The proposed application was for external works and internal fit out for the existing premises at the Hunter Business Centre. The proposal reconfigures and demolishes multiple walls to create a modern open plan office space. The proposal will upgrade the building to current standards regarding accessibility and fire.

Our role in this project included providing initial advice on the planning pathway, the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects and development application, as working with Council to development approval.
