We are pleased to welcome two new planners to the Barr Planning team, with Rob Dwyer and Erin Beattie recently joining our Newcastle office.

Rob joins us as an Associate – Principal Planner, bringing extensive experience across both regional and metropolitan NSW. He has successfully delivered outcomes on complex projects including urban release areas, state significant developments, major subdivisions, and education facilities. Rob’s down-to-earth approach and strong technical expertise are already making a valuable impact.

Erin joins as a Senior Planner, with a background spanning both public and private sector planning. She brings a solutions-driven mindset and expertise in strategic planning, due diligence, and development assessment. Erin is passionate about guiding clients through the planning system and achieving high-quality outcomes.

Together, Rob and Erin’s appointments strengthen our Newcastle team and enhance our ability to deliver practical, insightful, and impactful planning solutions across NSW.
