Last week, we stepped away from our desks for our Annual Team Day, focusing on collaboration, connection, and a few of the exciting projects shaping our region. It was an opportunity to reflect on our achievements, set new goals, and strengthen our team spirit. From insightful discussions about the future of planning to team activities that reminded us why we love what we do, it was a day well spent.
Our Annual Team Day united colleagues from our Sydney and Newcastle offices, emphasising the strength of collaboration in overcoming challenges and driving outstanding results. As we look ahead, we remain committed to innovation, excellence, and an unwavering dedication to delivering success for our clients.
The team highlight was our site visit to the Newcastle Airport Redevelopment and Astra Aerolab Precinct, two clients we have had the privilege of working with over the past few years. Seeing firsthand the progress of these transformative projects reinforced the impact of strategic planning and the importance of collaboration in delivering world-class infrastructure. The site visits also provided staff with the opportunity to engage with the client as they provided invaluable perspectives on the intricacies of working with planners and navigating the development process.
